New Enhanced Security Feature!

We have enhanced our system to require a password to access all web functions. If this is your first time seeing this screen, enter your current 4 digit PIN as the password. You will then be asked to create a new, more secure password to access web functions. After you create your password, you will use your Group ID and new Password to login to the One Call Now website. Your current 4 digit PIN will still be used when calling our 877-698-3261 number to send a message. If you do not wish to create a more secure password at this time, you may enter and continue to use your current PIN when asked to create your Password. You can reset the password or view your PIN at any time after you login.

If this is the first time you have logged in or you have not logged in since December 2008: Enter your Group ID into the Group ID field, your four-digit PIN into the Password field and click "Login".

MULTIPLE USERS SHARING THE SAME ACCOUNT: If you are having trouble logging in as the Group Leader, please check with the other users of the account that share your Group ID and password. They may have already set the password on your account and forgotten to tell you.
